Simply send us an email detailing the products you wish to buy and send us your payment via Paypal. Your goods will be despatched as soon as your payment has been received.

By Telephone

Delivery of your order is via UK Royal Mail. We would normally expect your order to be with you in 3 to 5 days. Orders over £25 in value will be despatched using Registered 1st Class mail.

Delivery charge is £2.50 for the first two items and £1.00 for each subsequent item for delivery to any mainland UK destination, unless p& p charge is specified within the item description.

Europe, North America & Canada and Rest Of World Deliveries.

Your order will be despatched using UK Royal Mail we would expect your order to be delivered within 14 to 21 days depending on destination.

1. Right of cancellation and returns policy
As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 days of delivery. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to contact us within 7-day period by e-mail or telephone to:

The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact Pooches Pawadise for a full refund or exchange. Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit have to be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.

2. Dispatch & Delivery
Deliveries can only be made while stocks last. In the very rare case that goods are not deliverable, we reserve the right to accept an offer in part.

Within the United Kingdom, we deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For delivery to destinations outside the UK please check with us whether we are able to deliver to your destination..

Delivery will be made using Royal Mail First Class service.

4. Prices and delivery costs
Within the UK, all prices are in GBP sterling and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Normal delivery charge is £2.50 for the first two items and £1.00 for each subsequent item, unless specified elsewhere on this website, for delivery to any mainland UK destination. We will deliver to Europe, North America and ROW, please contact us for a quotation.

Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

5. Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of Nightsabre Ltd t/a Pooches Pawadise until payment has been received in full.
